| ■Question and Anser Q.How much is meal? A.Dinner is 1200 yen, breakfast is 700 yen. Q.How should I order about food, when someday I order, and other I don't order. A.Please tell us when you make resevation on telephone or orederform. Q.When should I say about cancel of meal? A.Dinner cancel is till 8 o'clock, Breakfast cancel is 19 o'clock on previous day. Q.Is there any charge of party of farewell party? A. Farewell party charge is 950 yen plus on dinner cost. There is a ferewell party on previous day of ship deperture. Please note it. Q. Can I eat a meal everyday? A.We don't provide it in someday while ship has gone.(When you make resevation, we tell you when we don't provide it.) Q. Can I cook by myself? A There is no space for "cooking by yourself using fire", but we rend dishes, knife, chopping board. Q. How can I get a meal in OYH don't provide meals? A.We sell onigiri(rice ball, needing order in previous day). and You can get meals supermarket 7 o'clock opens. and There is some restaurants in 5 minutes walking from OYH. Q. Do you have a pool washing wet suites, diving materials? A. There is a pool for washing diving materials, and there is a space for drying them. Q. Can I use internet? A. Yes, you can. It cost 50 yen per 30 minutes. Line speed is middle between ISDN and ADSL, not fast. But Light fiber will be conected in July 2011, so it may become more fast. There is a PC for custmer, and also you can us your own computer because there is a jack for LAN. But we don't provide wireless LAN. Q. I will go alone, is it OK? A. 80% of guests come alone. We thenk a great deal of communication. We hope you to use OYH for communication other travelar and the inhabitants of the Ogasawara Islands Q.I don’t speak Japanese. Is there any problem? A.We have information paper in English, and when there is ahelper who speak English, we can announce in English. Please call us to confirm. Q. Is there any problem I go to Ogasawara without a plan? A.. In busy season, there are days ship tour of dolphine swim, and diving are fulled. But other season, you can make a resevation in even previous day usually. But off season some tours close, so you need confirm before. Q.Is there any season I cannnot swim in the sea? A.If you put on wet suites, you can swim any season. Without wet suites you can swim since July till October. Especially September temperature of the sea become 30 degree, very warm in the sea. Q. Can I send a baggage to Ogasawara Youtu Hostel, is it OK? A. Yes, you can. The address is postcode 100-2101 Ogasawara Youth Hostel Nisi-machi, Chichijima, Ogasawara-mura, Tokyo tel&Fax 04998-2-2682 But you need send baggage 5 days before Ogasawara-maru(ferry) leave Tokyo. So please confirm to shipping carrier. Q.When I leave OYH, can I send baggage to home? A.Yes, you can. Please give your baggage to stuff but we receive in the day only ferry...Ogasawara-maru leave till 9 o'clock. We use postal carrier. Q.Can I stay on member ship price before I join YH member. A.You can stay on member ship price if you join YH member after you come. Q.Is my photo uploaded without my agreement if I stay OYH? A. No it is not. We confirm you if there is any problem your photo is uploaded in meeting first day you stay. And if you have a problem, we never upload it.
